Open House

Edgewood Fire/EMS with be hosting an OPEN HOUSE Sunday, October 5, 2014.

Citizen of all ages are welcome to visit the Edgewood Fire/EMS Department. Children will have the opportunity to learn fire safety with Hands-On activities such as a "Stop, Drop and Roll" station and the "Have Two Ways Out" station. Hose Training

Lieutenant Scott Meiners, August 16

On August 6th we had a training event to learn what its like to advance charged hose lines. Four explorers, Chance Comley, Killian Deaton, Trevor Bidwell and Ethan Miles learned how to do this while having some fun. They participated in what we call Hose Hockey. Dudley Road construction from Winding Trails to Sperti Drive will begin June 23, 2014. Dudley Road, within the construction zone, will be closed to through traffic starting June 23, 2014 to the end of November 2014. 2014 Explorer Olympics

The Edgewood Explores competed in the Northern Kentucky Explorer/Jr Firefighter Olympics on Friday May 16 at the Boone County Fire Training facility. For this event there were six team participating. Our Team from Edgewood, two teams from Hebron, Alexandria, Southgate and Central Campbell. The Edgewood Explorers came in 2nd place out of the six teams.
